The surrounding of 4-star hotel must be much better. It requires an upgrade (the environment not the hotel)

Artificial grass around the pool was weird ️ Beach near the hotel looked horrible.

Nice stay, tasty, active :)

Kids were happy, i had my guality rest corner as well. Food was tasty. Activities for kids and me. Really great days we had here and recommend!

A bit more more cleann room would be perfect, throught the summer it get bit tired, and it was clearlly seen. But it didnt destroyed our good time :)

Great resort, good food and drinks, a beach next to it

Nice and modern rooms with a balcony. The resort was great, good food and drinks. 2 big pools with bars and a separate area with slides. The resort had direct access to the sea, beach wasn’t big but was right next to the resort, around 200m walk.

The pools were really cold (end of October), the sea was much warmer. I’d expect more fish and seefood selection during lunch and dinner.

But we still liked hotel, stuff, gym, food… I wanted feta. I din’t get any feta cheese????

Stuff started to take away sunbeds 2-3 days before clousure. Our vacation was from 28.10-01.11 but we felt like everyone waited for gests to leave sooner. Waterpark was also closed too early in last day.

The disadvantages are that there were no accessories in the room, there was no hair conditioner, there was no body lotion.Previously, there was always a bottle of wine in the room, this time they put 2 packs of chips)

Recommend for a short stay

Clean comfy rooms Nice walk along the sea A lot of food and drinks during the day (you pay for quantity not quality) Price was affordable

Busy parking, a lot of cars. The place was crowded even at the end of October. The water in the kids pool was not transparent as if it had a lot of chlorine in it.

Amazing !!!!

This is our second time coming to Laura beach for our holiday and let me tell you - we are already planing our next vacation. This is the perfect place for family with little ones - so much to do , awesome food options and super friendly crew . I want to take a min and acknowledge the unbelievable Elena who is a manger in the hotel . We are traveling the world with our girls and we never met someone more professional and kind like her. She won’t let you start (or end ) your vacation with nothing less than perfect stay . She is something else and the hotel is very lucky to have someone like her as the front face of the facility. We are so grateful for her help and the extra love we felt from her on our trip .

Incredible Staff and Perfect for a Family Vacation!

The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! So the hotel facilities are great especially for a family… lots of options for food and drinks (ie MULTIPLE PLACES THRUOUT THE HOTEL FOR DRINKS AND COFFEE AND FOOD… never waited more than one minute for drinks)… Also multiple pools for different ages.. tons of places to get large and dry towels whenever we wanted.. And the shows at night were seriously FUN ????… Disney songs and dancing, A parrot ???? show that was funny.. kids disco and Karaoke.. VERY FAMILY CENTERED… so perhaps if you are single or without kids you might not have as good as experience as we did. HOWEVER THE BIGGEST REASON THAT HAD OUR JAW DROPPED FROM THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED TO THE LAST HOUR OF OUR STAY (with tears in my kids eyes bc we had to finally say goodbye)… WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!!! Hands down.. the best total staff and service experience we have ever had .. and we have traveled all over the world from Disney to Cruise Ships.. Every person… from our cleaning service to busboys to entertainment staff to bartenders took so so so much pride in providing an incredible experience for me and my family. We have 3 small girls from 1 to 7 and it’s a lot … and the staff were so so kind and good and accommodating.. Some people that deserve recognition are Irene and Szidomia who were the first people to greet us as soon as we walked thru the doors of the hotel and ignited our family vacation (if you travel with little ones you know just flying and taking a taxi to a hotel can be stressful… within minutes they made us feel like VIPs!).. Helped us book restaurants at the hotel (we were goign to go out a few nights but the food and staff were so great here we never left the resort)…. They also answered any questions we had and remembered our girls later that night at dinner. Also Katerina at the Little Italy restaurant was exceptional..

Nothing really…. If I was really looking for something.. the air hockey didn’t blow that much air and the girls stopped playing lol.. but that’s really about it!

Especially suitable for families with children for whom the quality of the food is not important.

One of the advantages was the courteous service of the hotel staff. The room service and cleaning was on time as well as the treats that the hotel provided.

The quality of the food was extremely poor. Meat is dry but borderline inedible. The salads were also not fresh enough and it's a shame. We preferred to go to restaurants outside the hotel.

Wonderful

The hotel was lovely. Something to do for all ages, no need to leave the premises. Good variety of foods and drinks at all times during the day. Nice entertainment in the evenings. The view was lovely. Already booked our 2nd stay in a few weeks.

Would suggest to pay more attention to the cleaning of shower walls and under the toilet sit. The food selection at the main restaurant wasn't too big but what they had was tasty. Room size and bathroom size quite small. When the sofa bed is turned into a bed there is almost no space to pass

A much needed sunny escape in a beautiful location

Food, location, staff, facilities and generally everything was excellent. We had the best experience and would definitely return. The buffet catered for everyone, with the usual staple beige English food for those that wanted it but a wide range of other options too. We used both a la carte restaurants once during our stay and they were great too. The snack bars had a variety of food on offer during the day, although we were usually so full from breakfast that we didn't sample them much. Staff were helpful and friendly. Andreas at reception made us feel so welcomed on our late arrival and rushed us through to the restaurant to eat after our long journey. The housekeeping staff made up the room each day and the room always smelled lovely after they had been in. The hotel facilities were excellent, lots on offer that we didn't get to use as we were so busy making the most of the pools and the beautiful nearby beach. Outside of the hotel, we enjoyed Paphos zoo, coral Bay beach, Paphos Harbour and the tombs of the Kings, all of which were nearby, as well as a game of Frisbee golf just opposite the hotel. On our last day we ventured a bit further afield and visited aphrodites rock and drove to the town of Omodos. Both were beautiful and well worth a visit.

Only small complaint was that the hotel doesn't turn on the air conditioning until later in the year so the hotel room was around 25-26°c at night. We slept with the balcony door open and it was manageable but would have really appreciated the air con. Otherwise, couldn't fault our stay here.
