Incredible Staff and Perfect for a Family Vacation!

The staff was INCREDIBLE!!! So the hotel facilities are great especially for a family… lots of options for food and drinks (ie MULTIPLE PLACES THRUOUT THE HOTEL FOR DRINKS AND COFFEE AND FOOD… never waited more than one minute for drinks)… Also multiple pools for different ages.. tons of places to get large and dry towels whenever we wanted.. And the shows at night were seriously FUN ????… Disney songs and dancing, A parrot ???? show that was funny.. kids disco and Karaoke.. VERY FAMILY CENTERED… so perhaps if you are single or without kids you might not have as good as experience as we did. HOWEVER THE BIGGEST REASON THAT HAD OUR JAW DROPPED FROM THE MINUTE WE ARRIVED TO THE LAST HOUR OF OUR STAY (with tears in my kids eyes bc we had to finally say goodbye)… WAS THE MOST INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!!! Hands down.. the best total staff and service experience we have ever had .. and we have traveled all over the world from Disney to Cruise Ships.. Every person… from our cleaning service to busboys to entertainment staff to bartenders took so so so much pride in providing an incredible experience for me and my family. We have 3 small girls from 1 to 7 and it’s a lot … and the staff were so so kind and good and accommodating.. Some people that deserve recognition are Irene and Szidomia who were the first people to greet us as soon as we walked thru the doors of the hotel and ignited our family vacation (if you travel with little ones you know just flying and taking a taxi to a hotel can be stressful… within minutes they made us feel like VIPs!).. Helped us book restaurants at the hotel (we were goign to go out a few nights but the food and staff were so great here we never left the resort)…. They also answered any questions we had and remembered our girls later that night at dinner. Also Katerina at the Little Italy restaurant was exceptional..

Nothing really…. If I was really looking for something.. the air hockey didn’t blow that much air and the girls stopped playing lol.. but that’s really about it!

Especially suitable for families with children for whom the quality of the food is not important.

One of the advantages was the courteous service of the hotel staff. The room service and cleaning was on time as well as the treats that the hotel provided.

The quality of the food was extremely poor. Meat is dry but borderline inedible. The salads were also not fresh enough and it's a shame. We preferred to go to restaurants outside the hotel.

Wonderful

The hotel was lovely. Something to do for all ages, no need to leave the premises. Good variety of foods and drinks at all times during the day. Nice entertainment in the evenings. The view was lovely. Already booked our 2nd stay in a few weeks.

Would suggest to pay more attention to the cleaning of shower walls and under the toilet sit. The food selection at the main restaurant wasn't too big but what they had was tasty. Room size and bathroom size quite small. When the sofa bed is turned into a bed there is almost no space to pass

A much needed sunny escape in a beautiful location

Food, location, staff, facilities and generally everything was excellent. We had the best experience and would definitely return. The buffet catered for everyone, with the usual staple beige English food for those that wanted it but a wide range of other options too. We used both a la carte restaurants once during our stay and they were great too. The snack bars had a variety of food on offer during the day, although we were usually so full from breakfast that we didn't sample them much. Staff were helpful and friendly. Andreas at reception made us feel so welcomed on our late arrival and rushed us through to the restaurant to eat after our long journey. The housekeeping staff made up the room each day and the room always smelled lovely after they had been in. The hotel facilities were excellent, lots on offer that we didn't get to use as we were so busy making the most of the pools and the beautiful nearby beach. Outside of the hotel, we enjoyed Paphos zoo, coral Bay beach, Paphos Harbour and the tombs of the Kings, all of which were nearby, as well as a game of Frisbee golf just opposite the hotel. On our last day we ventured a bit further afield and visited aphrodites rock and drove to the town of Omodos. Both were beautiful and well worth a visit.

Only small complaint was that the hotel doesn't turn on the air conditioning until later in the year so the hotel room was around 25-26°c at night. We slept with the balcony door open and it was manageable but would have really appreciated the air con. Otherwise, couldn't fault our stay here.

Great family accommodating all inclusive hotel.

The hotel was clean and the restaurants offered a great variety of food. The staff all around were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant staff in particular were excellent and great with children. The amount of parking spaces offered by the hotel much the start of the trip comfortable with Prosecco on arrival a nice touch. Finally the upgrade on arrival was warmly welcomed by my family.

Not the hotels fault but waiting for lifts for upto 10 mins was stressful, especially as we had a pram.

Wonderful

The water park, good alcohol bar, snack bar.

As a result of the renovations being performed improperly and the floor not sloping, water flooded the entire room when the shower was used. Put the towels in the bathroom. That was the solution that was provided to us. Also, cleaning service could be better.

Beach - a bit far (150-200m), but not a big problem. Coffee was not good, but it’s not a problem for me, because other drinks like tea, milkshakes, wine, bear, cocktails were great!

We liked the pools and slides, we enjoyed that our kids were entertained by numerous events such as parties or evening discos. We want to thank Galina, for a very good room service and that she everyday made cute animal figures out of towels for our kids.

The plates and utensils sometimes were dirty and occasionally food wasn't in a good quality. We understand that it was the last week before the winter closure of the hotel, so we hope in the future it would be better.

Memorable and enjoyable all-inclusive family stay

We had a wonderful time last month as a family at this all-inclusive hotel, and there were so many things we loved about it: - Checking in was quick and easy. - Our room had plenty of space for our family of four. - The hotel's swimming pools, especially the ones for kids, were a hit with our children. - The all-inclusive package made dining a breeze. The food and drink options by the pool were great, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good with something for everyone. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, some of which were included in the all-inclusive package. - The hotel had entertainment options like cinema, activity room for kids, and another one for teenagers. - The sea view and sunsets from the pool and restaurant were great. - The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this all-inclusive place to friends. It's a great spot for families looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable getaway.

While we had a wonderful family stay, there were a few downsides to consider: - The room lacked proper soundproofing, leading to some minor noise disturbances. - The video games and kids' activity room could use a refresh, as they felt a bit outdated. - It's worth noting that the hotel's location requires a taxi or car for city visits. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was positive, and we enjoyed our stay.

Best kids hotel experience ever!!!

Loved the Waterpark slides, the games downstairs, the food, drinks that were included in AI like aperol, hugo.. ???? Beach was not a beach, but you can go swimming in the sea and that s all that counts. Rooms are awesome, can recommend this to all parents/ singles with children

Please make the beach area a beach area… don t leave it like a construction site!
